Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Are your crochet items safe for children and pets?
Safety is our priority. While our items are made with high-quality yarn, many contain small parts like safety eyes which can be a choking hazard. We recommend our products for ages 3 and up.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your new friend! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please note that custom orders and digital patterns are non-refundable.
How should I clean my handmade plushies?
To keep your items in top shape, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deep cleans, hand wash in cold water and air dry. Do not use a machine dryer.
